At Suevun Studio, each piece is carefully prepared to complement the individuality and beauty of every woman. We encourage you to review our sizing information and product details before placing your order.

Please read our return and exchange policy below before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

For eligible cases, store credit may be issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only when all the following conditions are met:

The item was purchased at full price.
You received the wrong item, colour, or size due to an error on our part.
The exchange is for the same product and design.
Your exchange request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.

Sale items, promotional items, and other specially marked products may not be eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and product quality reasons, we do not accept exchanges for items that:

Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Are missing original tags or packaging.
Show signs of makeup, perfume, stains, or other marks.
Are returned after the 14-day exchange period.
Were purchased during a sale or promotional period, unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email suevunstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number.
The name of the item you wish to exchange.
The reason for your exchange.
Clear photos of the item, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation from our team.

5. Exchange Shipping Costs

If you received an incorrect item, colour, or size due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can assist with the exchange arrangements.

For other eligible exchange requests, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Specific arrangements will be communicated by our team before the exchange is processed.

6. Exchange Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange.

Approved exchanges will be processed subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Please allow additional time for exchange shipping and processing.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at suevunstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for reviewing applicable customs duties, import taxes, and shipping requirements.

Any applicable customs charges associated with an exchange or return may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
